Subway Ham Sandwitch 6\Dinner was good tonight.  Back to the old subway sandwiches.  I ate a late dinner tonight because I got caught up with some things at work.  I didn’t get home till 8:00 p.m. so going to the gym was not even a thought.

The subway sandwich I had was a 6” Wheat Ham sub.  No cheese.  Olives, lettuce, pickles, bell peppers, jalapeños, and Subway’s Chipotle sauce.

The sub should be around 240 Calories, but with the Chipotle sauce I’m going to say 300 calories.  My drink was a 21oz Diet Coke. Zero calories.

My grand total for the day is: 1160 calories. WOW!

This is a very big change for me, but…I’m pretty amazed that I had breakfast, lunch and dinner equivalent to what I would have on a Saturday afternoon which would be a burrito from Qdoba.  The burrito I normally would have would be 1150 calories. Crazy, eh? Nutritional Facts below.
