Got out of the apple store around noon.  Rachel wanted some lunch so I stopped by Roly Poly and picked up a couple of sandwiches.  I went with my favorite sandwich called the Chicken Popper #53.  The calorie content at Roly Poly is excellent and there sandwiches are always made fresh.  Nutrional information is located on their web site.  Restaurant locations here.
