I was hungry for dinner.  With a light lunch I wanted to concentrate on good choices for dinner.

(I mixed sourcream and salsa for the dressing together)
Shredded Shop&Save Cheese 1/3 cup: 110 calories
Chicken Breasts (Qty: 2): 260 calories
Mini Bagels: 110 calories
Laughing Cow Cheese: 30 calories
A-1 sauce 4 tablespoons: 60 calories
Becks NA Beer: 90 calories
Total Dinner: 710 calories

Laughing Cow Cheese Review:
If you noticed above I used Laughing Cow Cheese spread this evening.  This cheese is great for spreading on wheat thins or mini bagels.  The great thing about this cheese is the low Calories. 30 Calories for one wedge!
