Before dinner around 4:00 p.m. tonight I had a little pick-me-up snack from Quaker called “Mini-Delights”. They are little rice cake squares with caramel drizzel on them. Absolutely yummy. 90 Calories

Dinner was late tonight. I would like to first talk about my workout this evening. I used a Precor EFX 546 Elliptical machine. I’m going with the calories shown I lost on the machine this time. On CaloriesPerHour.com you have to input your strides per mintue to get a correct reading.
Total calories burned tonight: 177

Since it was getting late, Rachel and I decided to just pick up some dinner from Roly Poly’s again. I tried a different menu item tonight.
Roast Beef, Jalapeno Jack Cheese, Sliced Jalapenos, Onion, Roasted Red Peppers, Lettuce, Tomato, BarBQ Basil Mayo
Whole Sandwich: 548 calories

For desert tonight I tried a low calorie ice cream. Stone Ridge Ice Cream Cones: 100 Calories

Total for 7-14-2008:
Food: 1628 Calories
Gym: 177
Grand Total: 1451 calories
I pretty amazed that after all I ate today it still only adds up to 1451 calories. I actually feel like I porked out today. Well tommorrow is going to be light for breakfast and lunch. I have some friends coming over tommorrow night for the All-Star Game and we are thinking about ordering out from Bandanas.
