Well…dinner wasn’t as bad as I thought it could be. We went with Bandana’s Bar-B-Q in Arnold, MO. I ordered a BBQ Turkey Sandwich with a side of Baked Beans. Basic nutritional information is posted on their web site.

Had a nice relaxing lunch today. Rachel made me up a salad. I found some nice single packet servings of dressing from Kraft (Light Zesty Italian). 1/3 cup of Romano cheese.
Salad with 2 chicken breasts: 240 Calories
Kraft Light Zesty Italian dressing: 2×25 = 50 calories
Starbucks: 190 calories
Total: 480 Calories
Quick breakfast this morning.

Monster Energy Drink - 20 calories

- had a quiktrip bacon scrambler for breakfast and some sushi for lunch. Hoping to get back to updating my main blog tommorrow. Busy week!!
- Had a volcano taco, crunchy taco, and a chili cheese burrito with sour cream.
- later dinner. Worked till 8:00 p.m. last night. Went to Taco Bell. You know that Taco bell is the late dinner of choice.
- Lunch was yummy. Japanese Pan Noodels from Noodles and Company.
