Good monring. It’s actually 7-20-2008, but I was out all day yesterday so here is my list of food for yesterday. I actually didn’t do to bad.
Breakfast:
Jimmy Dean Omlets: 240 Calories
2 Pieces of Low-Cal Toast: 80 Calories
2table spoons of AppleButter: 60 calories
Total for Breakfast: 380 Calories

Lunch:
Lunch was a little more exciting. My sister and I decided to go to The Old Spaghetti Factory. I was very impressed with the nutrional informaiton they provided in a very large booklet when asked.
Salad with Creamy Pesto Sauce: 280 calories
Toasted Rav’s: 4×56=224 calories
Spaghetti with Clam Sauce: 660 calories
Couple of pieces of bread: 150 calories
Total for Lunch: 1314 calories



I had a very late dinner (really a late night snack). After my sister and I went to have lunch we went over to Fox and Hound in Chesterfield to have a drink.
1 beer: 120 calories
6:10 p.m. tonight attended the showing of Batman: Dark Night. It was a very excellent movie. When I got home after dropping my sister off from the movie I was getting a little hungry.
Late night snack:
Thomas Whole-Wheat Mini-Bagel - 110 calories
Wilmont Farms Smokey Swiss and Cheddar Cheese (1 piece) - 100 calories
Kraft Bagel-Ful: 220 calories
Total for Late night snack: 430 calories
Grand Total for 7-19-2008: 2244 calories
