Good morning. It’s a great fine Saturday monring.  Haricut first at Kingsmen Haircare in Fenton, MO then off to Sam’s for tire rotation and balance.  I decided to stop by Jack in the Box since I was a little hungry and they were right next door to Sam’s.  Not to many things on there breakfast menu that meets the “low-calorie” intake category so I went with there Breakfast Jack.

My analysis of the sandwich afterwards is as follows: I thought the breakfast jack was filling and had good flavor.  The breakfast jack comes with two buns, egg, american cheese, and two to three pieces of bacon.  Your basic breakfast sandwich.  Would go great with a dash of tobassco sauce.
