Good morning. It’s 8-1-2008, but below is my post for yesterday. I was going to do it last night, but my sister was leaving town and I was helping her move and got home late last night. I’m going to miss her very much. These past four years have been such a relationship building time and now she is moving back to Vegas.
As mentioned in a previous post, when I try a new breakfast bar I want to let my readers know how it tastes. I tried a Fiber One Chewy bar yesterday morning. It was absolutely fabulous. It wasn’t one of those hard crunch bars that taste like cardboard. The Fiber One breakfast bar was very enjoyable. I really can’t describe the taste. It was a “oats & chocolate” flavor so you will have to try it for yourself.

Now for lunch. I had lunch in downtown St. Louis, MO at the St. Louis Election Board offices. I was attending some training on their electronic voting machines. Miken Technologies, the company I work for, provides tech support for the St. Louis Board of Elections when there is an election event. It’s pretty cool how the computer election voting system works now. Very secure and tons of accountability processes. Well…anyway…I had a basic sandwich. I was very proud of myself. No potato salad for me.
Here is what I think the sandwich ran in calorie content.
