Sunday morning was very interesting. Rachel and I were getting ready to go to church. We attend St. Louis Family Church in Chesterfield, MO. It was brewing a pretty good storm outside in addition to a moving front which really picked up the winds outside. The last couple of days I really didn’t fill like eating a big breakfast so I went with the following:
Fiber One Breakfast Bar: 140 Calories
Fuze drink: 20 Calories
Starbucks (Everyone should know the drink I get by now!!) - 190 calories
Total for Breakfast: 350 calories
For lunch we went with our favorite lunch sandwiches Roly Poly.
Yes, #53 the Chicken Popper. You got to try it some time if you have never had this sandwich. Get it with extra jalapenos.

Total for lunch: 492 calories
For dinner our friends Mike and Lisa invited us over to their house for dinner. Mike did an awesome job of cooking some very large Chicken breasts. We also had a little dish of Blackberries, Peaches and Strawberries. Here is the calorie breakdown:


Large Chicken Breast: 276 calories
Cooked potatoes with skins (about 1 cup): 136 calories
Strawberries: 40 calories
Blackberries (1 cup): 62 calories
Peach - 1 slice - 15 calories
1 - beer (Schlafly’s Oatmeal Stout): 185 calories
Late night snack (pistachios): 170 calories
Total for Dinner: 884 calories
Total for August 3, 2008: 1726 calories (Very good total! Yea!)
