Long night last night.  Got home at 11:45 p.m. after working a long night in the city of St. Louis for the Board of Elections. So…here was my meals for yesterday.

For breafast yesterday morning we went to  Gingham’s Homestyle Restaurant‎ in South County. I had two pieces of toast buttered with very light strawberry and grape jam with a full size cheese and ham omlet.  I looked around for nutional information for a cheese and ham omlet and went with the following based on Internet averages:

Gingham’s Homestyle Restaurant‎ Ham and Cheese Omlet: 500 calories
Wheat toast with butter (1 order): 259 calories
Strawberry and Grape Jam: 112 calories
Total for breakfast: 871 calories

I went with a light lunch since breafast was a lot heavier that I usually have.
Cambel Select Healthy Recipe Mexican Style Chicken Tortilla soup: 260 calories
Total for lunch: 260 calories

For dinner I had a fiber one bar at 4:30 p.m. because I didn’t want to bogged down with trying to burn off a ton of caloires when I know I was going to be working till about 10:00 p.m. tonight.

4th Meal.  Co-workers and I all went to a little italian place last night to have some dinner. It was past 10:00 p.m. so I decided to have a salad. Check out the size of this salad. It was huge!!  I only took enough to fill a dinner plate size.  I have no idea what the calorie content might be so I’m going with 400 calories.  A lot of times I’ll go on Google and look for specific things that are close and can tell me about how many calories might be in something.  Anyway….I did good tonight. I refused pizza and the pizza at the place we were at had very yummy looking pizza.

Bud Light Lime Qty:2 – 232 calories
Total calories: 788 calories
