Good monring. This weekend was a little bit of a breakout, but I still tried to make good decisions with food.

Ham from Sara Lee: 90 Calories
Healthy Life Bread (2 slices) – 80 calories
Sandwich Pal Sweet and Spicy Mustard: 20 caloriesDinner:For dinner Rachel and I went to the Olive Garden off of Hanley.  Our dinner experience was very good at this Olive Garden.  Here is what I had:

Total for 8-11-2008: 2606 calories

I would have to say for Saturday that this was one of my free days.  2100+ calories for dinner was a little over the top and I need to watch and make better choices but it was a very enjoyable dinner.
