Good monring. This weekend was a little bit of a breakout, but I still tried to make good decisions with food.
Breakfast:
Fiber One Bar: 140 calories
Lunch:
Sandwitch – 280 Calories
Kraft Deli Select Mozzarella and Jalapeño cheese (1 slice): 90 calories
Ham from Sara Lee: 90 Calories
Healthy Life Bread (2 slices) – 80 calories
Sandwich Pal Sweet and Spicy Mustard: 20 caloriesDinner:For dinner Rachel and I went to the Olive Garden off of Hanley. Our dinner experience was very good at this Olive Garden. Here is what I had:
Sandwitch – 280 Calories
Olive Garden Salad: 210 Calories
Mussels Di Napoli: 656 calories
Breadsticks (3): 420 calories
Shrimp Fettucini: 900 calories
Total for Dinner: 2186 calories

Total for 8-11-2008: 2606 calories
I would have to say for Saturday that this was one of my free days. 2100+ calories for dinner was a little over the top and I need to watch and make better choices but it was a very enjoyable dinner.

11|Aug|2008 1Not bad overall. If you’d just cut out the breadsticks and the appetizer, it wouldn’t be that bad of a meal at all at 1110 calories!!
