Monday was a better day for calorie control. I wanted something quick on the way to work yesterday morning so I ran through Sonic Drive in.
Breakfast:
Breakfast Burritos – Sausage, Egg & Cheese- 470 calories
Monster Energy Drink: 30 calories
Total: 500 calories

Mid-Morning Snack: Fiber One Bar: 140 Calories
Lunch:
Subway Turkey Breast & Ham 6″ Sub – 290 calories
Cheese – 110 calories
Chipotle Southwest Sauce [amount on 6" sub] – 96 calories
Total: 496 calories

Dinner:
I worked late tonight so I was hungry, but had no idea what I wanted to eat. I called my wife on the way home and she came to the rescue. She put together the following:
Uncle Ben’s Rice (90 sec pack)
1 can of Tuna
Less than a cup of cheese.
Microwave for about a minute or so.
Total calories: 380 calories

For desert I had a weight watchers ice cream bar: 150 calories.

Total calories for August 11, 2008: 1666 calories
