Breakfast:

St. Louis Bread Company’s Four Cheese Soufflé is a French pastry breakfast meal. Light and fluffy and has a very good balanced flavor. The pastry part of the meal is very sweat and the cheese taste is very strong and pronounced. 4 stars.
Lunch:
Simpl lunch. I went with one of my India dishes. I go to Global Foods Market in Kirkwood, MO to pick up these type of dishes. They are quick and easy and full of flavor.

Water, Semolina, Carrots, Ghee, Salt, Copra, Lemon Concentrate, Cashewnut, Bengalgram Dal, Sugar, Green Chilli, Ginger, Mustard, Coriander Leaves, Curry Leaves, Turmeric and Spices.
About the Product :
Cream of wheat cooked with vegetables and aromatic Indian spices to make a delicious, light savoury.

Dinner:
For dinner I went out with a couple of friends to a bar and grill in Fenton, MO called That One Place. The restaurant was nice and had plenty of TV’s to watch the Cardinal’s game. Their menu has very good layout with many choices. I decided to go with the following.

Small Caesar Salad: 400 Calories
Veggie Burger with Grilled Mushrooms, Jalapenos, and Pepper Jack Cheese on Texas Toast:

Veggie Burger: 133 calories
Grilled Mushrooms: 21 calories
Jalapenos: 15 calories
Pepper Jack Cheese: 110
Texas Toast: 220 calories
Total Calories for Burger: 499 calories
This burger was absolutely fabulous. I really enjoyed this place. The food was very good.

Total for Dinner: 1607 calories
Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bar: 150 calories
