Hi Everyone,

I wanted to say Hi.  I finally had some time to sit down and write and reflect on my weight loss journey.  A co-worker of mine wrote an entry on his site today at FatGuyOnADiet.com about the recent Gold Crushing Olympian Michael Phelps and his amazing 12,000 a day calorie diet.  I think that his calorie intake verses his calorie output proves that you got to have activity in your life.

That is one thing that I struggle with.  Again I will get up early in the morning and try to make it to the gym.  I guess I’m not hungry enough yet.  Maybe I should think I’m single!! LOL!!  But you get the point.  All of us over the years after we are married have fallen to the tire around our waist. I’m blessed though to have friends that eat healthy and are skinny from good activity and healthy food choices.

I’m listening to a very cool mellow album right now by Oceanlab called “Sires of the Sea”.  The album was presented by DJ’s Above & Beyond.

Lunch was very absolutely yummy today.  When my wife and I went shopping this past weekend I picked up one of Oscar Meyer’s Deli Creations. It was fast and easy and was full of flavor. Did not taste like a typical TV dinner.
