Good morning! It’s Tuesday It’s about 5:20 a.m. and it’s dark and I want to go back to bed again, but I’m slowly starting to perk up.
Here are my entries for Monday August 18, 2008:
Breakfast:
Fiber One Bar: 140 Calories
Monster Energy Drink: 20
Total for Breakfast: 160 Calories
Fiber one Bar – Mid-Morning – 140 calories
Lunch:
Trader Joes Pesto Tortellini – 460 calories

Total for Lunch: 460 calories
Dinner:
Well I had two dinners tonight.
Kraft Deli Select Mozzarella and Jalapeno cheese (1 slice): 90 calories
Sara Lee Honey Ham (6 slices): 180
Healthy Life Bread (2 slices) – 80 calories
Sandwich Pal Sweet and Spicy Mustard: 20 calories
Flaxseed Chips (14 chips): 320 calories

Total for Dinner 1: 690
KFC Snacker, Buffalo – 260 calories
KFC Snacker, Honey BBQ – 210 calories
Mac and Cheese – 136 calories
Total for KFC: 606 calories

The above was a great snack if you are still hungry after a light dinner. My first dinner was early around 5:30 p.m. I was pretty impressed with KFC’s Nutritional information on their web site. You can add menu items to a shopping cart and it automatically calculates the total calories.
Total for August 17, 2008: 2056 calories
