Wednesday August 27, 2008:

Breakfast:

HOTZI Sausage, Egg & Cheese Biscuit from QuikTrip: 400 Calories
Monster Energy Drink: 20 Calories

Total for Breakfast: 420 Calories

 

Lunch:

For Lunch on Wednesday I went with some co-workers to Noodles and Company.

Small order of their Pene Rosa with Shrimp added:
Pene Rosa: 335 calories
Shrimp (6) - 198 calories
Lite Minute made Lemonade: 20 calories

Total for Lunch: 530 calories

 

Dinner:

Roly Poly again, buy yummy as usual.

Whole #53 Chicken Popper sandwich: 518 Calories

For desert I had one of those weight watchers ice cream sandwiches: 150 calories

 

Total for dinner: 668 calories

Total for August 25, 2008: 1618 calories

Here are my entries for August 28, 2008:

Breakfast:

Starbucks Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato - 270 calories

Lunch:

Lunch was a little challenging because I went to lunch somewhere without having a clue about their nutritional information. I met a software vendor for lunch at Houlihan’s Restaurant off of South Hanley.

The problem here is Houlihan’s makes everything from scratch and I have no idea what the calorie count could be. Here we go:

Spinach Dip with Cheesy Lavosh. 

The Cheesy Lavosh I’m going to say was: 240 calories
The dip which I had about 4 tablespoons would be: 175 calories

Then I had their Farmhouse Club.  I only ate half the sandwich because it was a pretty huge sandwich.  It was a very good sandwich.

Brown sugar and honey cured ham, mesquite smoked turkey breast, thick sliced bacon, basil pesto aioli and buttery gouda layered between toasted focaccia bread. Topped with spring mix.

Focaccia bread: 140 calories
Ham: 200 calories
Turkey: 140 calories
Gouda Cheese: 200 calories
Total: 680 calories

 

Dinner:

Dinner was quick and easy. KFC.

Qty: 2 | KFC Snacker, Buffalo - 520 calories

Mac and Cheese - 136 calories
Snack pack: 60 calories
Total: 716 calories
