Good morning! It’s Wednesday already. I haven’t posted for the last several days on my blog because I have been under the weather with a cold. I have been keeping count of my calories and still taking pictures of my food. This is the first time I have sat in front of my computer since last Thursday.
I have about 95% of my energy back so I feel a lot better. Yesterday was quite a struggle because I still wasn’t feeling good.

Dinner:
Rachel cooked a fabulous meal this evening. Shrimp stir-fry with pot stickers.
Teriyaki Bowl Shrimp – Regular size – 448 calories
Potstickers – qty: 7: 230 calories
Skinny Cow Ice Cream: 150 calories
Total for dinner: 828 calories

Total for September 2, 2008: 1544 calories
