Breakfast:
Kashi TLC Soft-Baked Rip Strawberry Breakfast Bars: 110 Calories
Has another one at 10:00 a.m. – 110 calories
Total for Breakfast: 220 calories
Lunch:
I decided to go with some co-workers over to St. Louis Bread Company. Lunch was very enjoyable.

Smokehouse Turkey Panini on Artisan Three Cheese [6 oz] (340 calories)
Asian Sesame Chicken Salad [6 oz] (215 calories)
Total for Lunch: 705 calories
Dinner:
For Dinner I had three chicken strips from the Show-Me lanes in St. Louis. I’m going with the standard Internet average for chicken strips. I looked up Wendy’s on the web and they came up with the following:
Three Chicken Strips: 410 calories
Qty: 2 – Bud Light Lime: 116×2: 232 calories
When I got home I snacked which I rairly do anymore. I had some cheese block cheese and some new crackers I picked up from Kashi.
Cheese: 200 calories
Kashi TLC Fire Roasted Vegetable Crackers: 130 calories
Total for dinner: 972 calories
Total for September 22, 2008: 1897 calories
