Good evening everyone. Well I’m trying to get back in the swing of things. Friday through Sunday was rough. I was busy and just was too lazy to update my blog. Since I have been doing this for awhile I believe I’m doing very well at watching portions and just not stuffing myself. I wanted to start fresh this week and try to stay diligent to my postings ever evening.
I went bowling tonight on my normal Monday night league. Shot a 146 for the 1st game, 200 2nd game and a 203 the third game. Tough night and I didn’t feel very good. I’m feeling a little better but I’m going to bed pretty soon here. Got my 300 ring tonight which was the highlight of the evening.
Today was an absolute nightmare at work. Nightmare in the since of being extremely busy and everyone wanting something today. I’m very blessed though to be busy and to have a very good job.
Listening to a new album tonight by the 90′s band Enigma titled “Seven Lives Many Faces”. Just started listening to it so I don’t have an opinion on the album yet.

Had a late lunch and still had some things at the office to put a quick sandwich together.

Sarah Lee Black Pepper Turkey (6 slices): 90 calories
Grand total: 260 calories
Starbucks Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato – 270 calories
Total for lunch: 530 calories
Dinner:
For dinner I wanted to get something quick so I picked up Lion’s Choice for my wife and me.
BBQ Pork (360 cal/14 g fat/1 g fiber/33 g carbs)

Qty: 2 720 Calories
Total for September 29, 2008: 1500 calories
