Well yesterday was very light until I got home. Yesterday I attended the St. Louis Business Expo at the St. Charles Convention Center.

Total for Breakfast: 420 calories

Lunch:

For lunch I had a sandwich provided by the hotel.  It was simply a croissant sandwich with a piece of Swiss cheese and ham.

 

Total for Lunch: 730 calories

Dinner:

Let’s just say after a long day standing and working at show I was hungry, crabby and tired. Taco bell being the inventer of the 4th meal and the easiet way to satisfy the appetite was my choice.

Here we go:

Chili Cheese Burrito with Sour Cream: 390+45=435 calories

Crunch Taco’s (Qty: 2): 170 calories
Taco Bell Fresca Menu Steak Soft Taco: 170 calories

Total: 775 calories
