Good evening everyone. It’s October 2, 2008 and I haven’t updated my blog for several days until tonight. I had to backtrack and remember what I ate since Tuesday which even helps the cause more for the FatManonaDiet.com mission. Well I’m trying to get back in the swing of things again with my blog. I wanted to take it easy tonight and get everything “computer “off my mind at least for several hours. I have been very blessed that we are very busy at Miken but I’m working a steady set of hours for the past several weeks.

Breakfast:
QuikTrip Scrambler Breakfast Sandwich: 360 Calories
This sandwich was very good. It was basically eggs and bacon scrambled with a little bit of swiss cheese and spread on a English Muffin. Yummy!!

Monster Energy Drink: 20 calories
Total for Breakfast: 380 calories
Mid morning Snack:
Starbucks Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato - 270 calories
Low Fat Blueberry Muffin: all zones except listed - 270 Calories
Total: 540 calories
Lunch:
Lunch came and flew by so I took a short break over to Noodles and Company and had a ½ order of a Japanese Pan Noodle with Shrimp.
Japanese Pan Noodles: 340 calories
Grilled Shrimp (6×35): 210 calories

Total for Lunch: 550 calories
Dinner:
Well I had no idea what I wanted to do for dinner so I decided to go to KFC. I love there snackers and they don’t seem to be too bad. Mac and Cheese: 180 calories
