Good evening everyone. It’s October 7, 2008 and it has been a very busy week already. Eating this week has been very good. Trying to keep it low calorie. I’m doing a combined post tonight to save some time. Last night I did go to the gym and got about 20 minutes of cardio in. Probably about 150 calories burned. I have to build up my stamina. Since I’m always listening to music when I’m writing my posts I wanted to mention the new album I got today from Armin Van Buuren called “State of Trance 2008″. I have always enjoyed Armin’s music but this is totally a great mix of songs. Check out the Amazon link below. Go out and by it!
