Good morning.  It’s FatManonaDiet.com Version 2.0.  After a long couple of weeks of election preparation and busiest at work I am back and centered on the continuation of my weight loss goals.  I can’t tell you how important it is to journal.  After weighing in this morning and finding out that I have gained around 5 pounds I’m even more focused now to keep going.  One of things that I want to start doing is being more involved with my web site and focus on finding web sites and meal ideas that make since.  I’m also planning on, as I have said many times in the past, going to the gym to get some cardio in. 

I want to be more frequent in my posting also. I have found that if I wait till the last minute to post the entire day it takes much longer.  So here we go!

I absolutely love the Weight Watchers blueberry muffins. They are moist and have a very good flavor. For 3 points and 190 calories you simply can’t go wrong.  4 stars!
