Good morning. It’s FatManonaDiet.com Version 2.0. After a long couple of weeks of election preparation and busiest at work I am back and centered on the continuation of my weight loss goals. I can’t tell you how important it is to journal. After weighing in this morning and finding out that I have gained around 5 pounds I’m even more focused now to keep going. One of things that I want to start doing is being more involved with my web site and focus on finding web sites and meal ideas that make since. I’m also planning on, as I have said many times in the past, going to the gym to get some cardio in.
I want to be more frequent in my posting also. I have found that if I wait till the last minute to post the entire day it takes much longer. So here we go!

Weight Watchers Blueberry Muffins: 190 calories
Minute Maid Lemonade (1 can): 5 calories
Total for Breakfast: 195 calories
I absolutely love the Weight Watchers blueberry muffins. They are moist and have a very good flavor. For 3 points and 190 calories you simply can’t go wrong. 4 stars!

07|Nov|2008 2Yeah, those blueberry muffins do rock! My one issue with them is they don’t seem to go very far, and I’m usually still hungry after finishing one. That could just be me though. Congrats on getting back on the wagon. Looks like we both fell about just as far. I’m anxious to get things started again myself!
