Today was good day. This weekend was not so great. I felt like a glutten. Rachel and I just basically did nothing over the weekend. Which was awesome since I put a ton of hours in last week.
It’s about 11:10 p.m. listening to Depeche Mode “playing the angel” album.
Here is my journal for today.
Breakfast:
Fiber one bar: 140 calories
Minute Lemonade (1 can): 5 calories

Total for Breakfast: 145 calories
Work finally got some baked lay chips so I had the sour cream and chedder: 140 calories.
Total before lunch: 245 calories.
Lunch:
Rachel cooked up some pasta last night so there was a debate on how much a cup of the pasta was in calories during lunch today.
1 cup of wheat pasta: 174 calories
½ breast of chicken: 70 calories
Pesto Sauce: ????? (maybe 150-200 calories)
Total for Lunch: 444 calories
Dinner:
Quick dinner because I had bowling tonight.
The famous #53 at Roly Poly: 518 calories
12oz bud light draft: 110 calories
For desert when I got home – Skinny Cow Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Sandwitch: 150 calories

Glass of Milk (Skim): 90 calories
Total: 868 calories
Total for November 10, 2008: 1557 calories
