Dinner Post 4-14-2009

Had a late dinner so I ate light tonight.  McDonalds Snack Wrap Grilled Chicken with Honey Mustard.  Usually I have two, but since it was late, I had one. WOW! Calories: 260   Got home about 10:00 p.m. tonight and was till hungry.  So I had a left over breakfast sandwich Rachel made earlier this week. [...]

For my mid-morning snack I had Japanese Sticky Rice Snacks from Trader Joes. 110 calories for 10 pieces. They are really good! Lunch was interesting. I’m not used to eating steamed vegetables, so I decided to try Green Giant Valley Fresh Streamers.  It actually was pretty good. Two Servings:  300 calories.

For my mid-morning snack I went with a great meal-replacement supplement from EAS. The Myoplex Original meal-replacement shake. Flavor: “Chocolate Fudge”. Service Size: 17 fl oz. Breakfast Entry for April 13, 2009

Enjoying a Power Breakfast sandwich at St. Louis Bread Company in Arnold, MO.  This sandwich is fabulous.  All-natural eggs — freshly cracked every morning — a thick slice of Vermont white cheddar and Applewood-smoked bacon all grilled between two slices of freshly baked on whole grain bread. Total calories: 390.
