<p>For Dinner I had three chicken strips from the Show-Me lanes in St. Louis.  I&#8217;m going with the standard Internet average for chicken strips. I looked up Wendy&#8217;s on the web and they came up with the following:</p>

Qty: 2 &#8211; Bud Light Lime: 116&#215;2: 232 calories</p>
<p>When I got home I snacked which I rairly do anymore.  I had some cheese block cheese and some new crackers I picked up from Kashi.</p>

<p>The above was a great snack if you are still hungry after a light dinner.  My first dinner was early around 5:30 p.m. I was pretty impressed with KFC&#8217;s Nutritional information on their web site. You can add menu items to a shopping cart and it automatically calculates the total calories.</p>

I did a couple of bites of the potatoe salad only. Way to rich to finish.<br />
