Week of April 20, 2009 was good

Hi Everyone.
This week was good. I feel that I ate meals that were fairly healthy.  I’m toning down breakfast to fiber one bars.  Last couple of days I should have been averaging below 2500 calories.  
Tonight the wife and I went to Taquila Mexican Restaurant so you know I earned about 1500 plus calories there. [...]

Starting a Spring Training Program

My sister is in town this week so I’ll probably end up being a little lazy about food. Starting this weekend I’m going to start a new program to help me eat more smaller meals and putting a workout program together.
