<p>Dinner was absolutely amazing. Rachel and I went to Ruth&#8217;s Chris Steak House in downtown Clayton.  Vallet parking and then the dinner extravaganza began.  I cannot express how awesome the dinner experience was.  I am one of very high standards and pickiness when it comes to a dinner experience and Ruth&#8217;s Chris Steak House was 5 stars in my book.  So let us begin:</p>
<p>I started off with their Calamari which was sautéed in an amazing Thai sauce.  The flavor was amazing.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m going to say based on other chain restaurants about <strong>500 calories.</strong></p>
<p>I had two New Belgium 2 degrees below beer: <strong>400 calories</strong></p>
<p>Pull on your wool socks and crack open a 2 Below Ale. This tasty winter warmer started life as a small batch beer brewed for the Al Johnson Uphill Downhill - a telemark ski race in Crested Butte, Colorado. The Uphill Downhill celebrates the exploits of Al Johnson, letter carrier extraordinaire, who delivered mail by ski in the late 1800&#8217;s. Dry hopping during fermentation creates a floral nose with a hint of pepper and spicy, subtle undertones. 2 Below provides a bright, hoppy palate and a cheery warm afterglow.</p>
<p> I had a about a cup of their Au Gratin home-prepared potatoes: about <strong>350 calories.</strong></p>
<p>These Au Gratin potatoes were just liked grandma used to make!!</p>
<p>The main course was amazing. I had a 6oz filet and stuffed lobster tail.<br />
6oz filet: 348 calories<br />
Stuff Lobster Tail: 220 calories</p>

For desert I shared their Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce with Rachel.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Good morning.  It&#8217;s FatManonaDiet.com Version 2.0.  After a long couple of weeks of election preparation and busiest at work I am back and centered on the continuation of my weight loss goals.  I can&#8217;t tell you how important it is to journal.  After weighing in this morning and finding out that I have gained around 5 pounds I&#8217;m even more focused now to keep going.  One of things that I want to start doing is being more involved with my web site and focus on finding web sites and meal ideas that make since.  I&#8217;m also planning on, as I have said many times in the past, going to the gym to get some cardio in. </p>
<p>I want to be more frequent in my posting also. I have found that if I wait till the last minute to post the entire day it takes much longer.  So here we go!</p>

<p>I absolutely love the Weight Watchers blueberry muffins. They are moist and have a very good flavor. For 3 points and 190 calories you simply can&#8217;t go wrong.  4 stars!</p>
